Sesame bamboo is a type of green bamboo that has its tips and leaves cut off and left to wither on purpose, resulting in sesame-like spots on the surface. It is one of the most prized bamboos in the world of sukiya architecture and tea ceremony.

At Nakagawa Woodworking, each pair of chopsticks is carefully sharpened with a hand plane. The chopstick tips are thin and non-slip, making it easy to eat noodles, beans, and many other food items, making them a customer favorite.

Materials: Bamboo

Dimensions (W x D x H): 225×14×7

If a size is not in stock, we will make it after receiving your order (It takes about one week to make).

* Due to the nature of natural sesame bamboo, there may be uneven patterns and may have some flaws.
* Please note that the chopstick tips are thin, so please be careful that children do not get it poked in their eyes or other sensitive parts.
